Hello, I'm Sarah, Owner of Sarah's Cake Factory.
I am a 21 year old qualified pastry chef from Adelaide.
I started my baking career through gaining my Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management (Patisserie) at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school here in Adelaide and have gone on to work at Balfour's bakery, The Mayfair hotel and Penfold's Magill Estate.
